A message from the ANARCP Chairman
The ANARCP (Association of NATO/ACE Retired Civilian Personnel, now extended to include ACO Retired Civilian Personnel) is a founding member of the Confederation of NATO Retired Civilian Staff Associations (CNRCSA) and is as such recognized in the NATO Civilian Personnel Regulations (NCPRs).
The association is open to all retired NATO International Civilian Staff or their survivors who have a pension provided by the NATO pension scheme or who are insured under the NATO Group Insurance Contract (NGIC).
The ANARCP welcomes members from the NATO Military Commands and Agencies.
Our main aim is to represent the interests of retired staff before the NATO authorities in the provision of the NATO pension and in the administration of the health insurance. Following this we keep our members informed of any development which may affect them by means of periodic Bulletins, Newsletters and by this website.
We also offer assistance and advice to members who may encounter problems with the pension or the insurance scheme.
By a system of regionals delegates we are able to keep abreast of developments and problems which may occur in most countries. Each regional delegate also has the possibility to make social contacts within his or her area of responsibility.
The more of you who join us, the stronger we will be. So please complete the application form in 'Forms', and please also complete the automatic deduction form.
This website is mostly open to all members of ANARCP and to obtain access please address an e-mail to our Secretary at
Please, should you have any suggestions to improve this website notify your committee at
Meanwhile the committee and I will continue to update and improve the content.
Hessel Rutten
Chairman of the Executive Committee
